Arthur Levinson has attended UPLI World Congress of Poets in England, 1997, and China, 2005. He will be taking video to document our 2009 Congress in Nicaragua.On May 16, 2009, graduated from California State University at Monterey Bay with a Bachelors of Arts degree in film. In Nicaragua, he plans to video “the poetry, people, music, dances, animals, color and heart of beautiful Nicaragua. He was 23 years old on April 29, 2009. Arthur has spent all of his life in and around the arts. He has been counted as amember of Artists Embassy International from the day he was born. He has performed with Natica Angilly’s Poetic Dance Theater Company since he could walk across the stage. Arthur has also been involved in various community events as a Boy Scout of America and has earned their highest honor of Eagle Scout.
